When it comes to anti aging treatments, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. But so many of us tend to put off for tomorrow what should have been done yesterday. Plastic surgery tends to look most natural when it is done naturally. Famous actresses that are known for having plastic surgery are often known for it because they have too many procedures at once. The actresses that "look amazing for her age" often aren't special cases, just more judicious in their use of plastic surgery. They use it so well that the rest of the world never even suspects they've had a nip or tuck here. Here's a look at various anti aging plastic surgery procedures and the age that they should be done for the most natural looking results.

In the 20s

Many women are surprised that plastic surgery can be done so young. At this age, it is popular to get rid of remaining acne scars using laser treatments as well as begin using preventive methods. Many women start using facial fillers, such as Juvederm and Restylane, as fine lines begin to appear between the brows and around the mouth. Botox and Dysport have also gotten a following with women in their late 20s.

In the 30s

More wrinkles have begun to accumulate, and Botox and fillers like Sculptra begin to be used with more regularity. Microdermabrasion, Thermage and laser skin tightening procedures also are recommended to help skin maintain elasticity and produce more collagen. In addition, by the late 30s, many women are finished having children and have "mommy makeovers": tummy tuck, breast lift and breast augmentation. Stretch mark removal laser procedures and some lipo may also be done at this time.

In the 40s

Signs of aging have begun to appear more regularly. In addition to Botox, fillers and laser treatments, more invasive plastic surgery procedures often begin. Patients who have their first facelift in their late 40s have been shown to be the most satisfied with the results. Necklifts, eyelid lifts, browlifts and forehead lifts also become popular. Facial lipo, around the neck and in the puffy eye area is also common.

In the 50s

Youth is definitely on the wane and signs of aging are beginning to show in hollows around the eyes and cheeks. Loss of elasticity is also common, and many women begin to use fat grafting and fillers to restore lost volume to the face.

After 50

No matter how you age, there is constant maintenance required. If you had your first facelift in your 40s, you may need another as you exit your 60s. Chemical peels to remove age spots on the backs of hands and in the décolletage are also popular, as are the continued use of facial fillers as well as Botox and Dysport.
